About Robot Software Architectures (RSA24)
Objectives
RSA24 is intended to create a forum where researchers, practitioners, and professionals can discuss on principles and practice in the use of advanced software development techniques for building robot software architectures. The Robotics community is aware of the importance that software development principles have in building advanced robotics systems. Several interesting initiatives are taking place in the field of open source development, distributed middleware, standard architectures. The nature of the workshop is quite concrete. It is not a tutorial on abstract Software Engineering methodologies and does not present yet another software development process built on proprietary technologies or robotic projects. Instead, it shows how the state-of-the-art software development practice in robotics meet the principles of software engineering. Date and Location 17th May: Conference Center 311-312 |
